INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA ASSEMBLING:
• 1 tbsp Oregano
• 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup Basil (whole)
• Half cup Romano cheese
• 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
FOR PIZZA BASE:
• 1 cup pizza dough
INGREDIENTS FOR AMERICAN PIZZA SAUCE :-
• 4 Blanched tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Tbsp Butter
• 1 Tsp Garlic (Chopped)
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt as per taste
• 2-3 fresh basil leaves
• Half Cup Onion (Chopped)
• 1 tsp Sugar
METHOD OF SAUCE:
• Take blanched tomatoes, cut into a chunks.
• Take a sauce pan, add butter, oil in a medium flame then add garlic, oregano, pepper flakes, and salt as per taste and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant but not browned.
• Add small chunks tomatoes, basil leaves, onion halves, and sugar.
• Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to lowest setting (bubbles should barely be breaking the surface), and cook, until reduced by 1/2
• Allow to cool and store in air tight container.
METHOD OF PIZZA ASSEMBLING:
• Spread Pizza Sauce Evenly Over the Dough, Sprinkle With Mozzarella Cheese, Processed cheese, Oregano, Basil leaves.
• Bake For 10 To 15 Minutes In The Preheated Oven, Until The Bottom Of The Crust Is Browned.
