Ingredients for Chocolate Nude Cake
1. Chocolate sponge
2. Chocolate truffle

1. 300 gms Dark compound chocolate (chopped)
2. 150 gms Amul cream (Tetra Pack)

3. Silver/Golden balls
4. Silver Varakh
How to prepare chocolate truffle
1. Break the chocolate into pieces and place it with the cream in a medium heavy-bottomed pan. Stir over a low heat until the chocolate has melted.
2. Remove from the heat, transfer to a heatproof bowl, and whisk until glossy and thick. Keep aside to cool for 1-2 hours before spreading.
How to prepare Chocolate Nude Cake
1. Take turn table and keep Vanilla & chocolate Sponge on it one by one. Remove the liner from the sponge, now cut the slice precisely with the cake cutting knife in a flat shape. Repeat same with the chocolate sponge.
2. Take two Slice of chocolate sponge and a single slice of vanilla sponge.
3. Spread Strawberry Crush, truffle cream on the top of the chocolate sponge slice with a pallete knife, then put one vanilla sponge slice on it and repeat the same and clear all the sides and lastly put the chocolate sponge slice on the top.
4. Now take silver Varakh and stick it randomly on all four sides and roughly press it.
5. Fill the piping bag with chocolate truffle. And now using a round nozzle put the basic droplets of truffle on the sides of the cake.
6. Garnish it with fresh flowers and leafs on the sides and golden sugar balls.
7. Place the cake on the square cake board.
