INGREDIENTS FOR PEANUT SAUCE :-
¼ Cup onions (chopped)
1 Tbsp Garlic cloves (chopped)
cup coconut milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
Pinch lemon (rind)
Lemon grass (1 stalk)
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 lemon juice
2 Tbsp oil
Salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR SATAY :-
• 1 cup paneer (chopped)
• ½ cup capsicum (chopped)
• ¼ cup baby corns (chopped)
• 1 Tbsp peanut sauce
• 1 tsp curry powder
• Salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR RICE :-
• 1 cup rice (cooked)
• 1 cup onions (Slice)
• ½ tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp green chilli (chopped)
• ½ cup carrots and French beans (chopped and boiled)
• 2 tsp soya sauce • ¼ cup coriander (chopped)
• 2 Tbsp oil
• Salt as per taste
INGRIDIENTS FOR CRISPY POTATOES:-
• 1 cups potato wedges
METHOD FOR PEANUTS SAUCE :-
• Take a pan, heat oil add garlic and onion sauté on a medium flame.
• Add coconut milk, peanut butter stir continuously on a medium flame.
• Add lemon grass, brown sugar, chilli powder, salt as per taste and pinch of lemon zest mix all ingredients properly and stir continuously on a medium flame.
METHOD FOR SATAY :-
• Take a bowl, add capsicum, paneer and baby corn for marinate.
• Sprinkle curry powder, red chilli powder, mix gently to coat all added ingredients for marinate. keep aside for 15-20 min for marinate.
• Heat non-stick pan, spread 1 tbsp oil on it. When pan is hot enough, add peanut butter, paneer and vegetables over medium heat.
• Cook each side by flipping until all sides are light brown. This will take approx 3-4 minutes.
FOR ASSEMBLING :-
• Heat the plate red hot.
• Carefully place it on the wooden tray.
• Quickly arrange the cabbage leaves.
• Place rice, grilled vegetables.
• Place half the potato wedges on the rest of the plate.
• Finally topping with some peanut sauce.
• Sever immediately.
FOR ASSEMBLING:
