Ingredients of Kadhai Paneer
500 grams of paneer, fried
3-4 pieces green chillies, cut into pieces
1 tsp spoon ginger paste
1/2 tsp Yogurt
1/4 cup of oil
2 tsp cumin seed
2 pieces teardrop
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 table spoon salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder, big
1 table spoon coriander leaves, grated
How to Make Kadhai Paneer
1. Heat the oil and add cumin and teaspoon.
2. When cumin begins to crack, add ginger paste and fry until light brown.
3. Now add curd, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry until the oil separates.
4. Now add paneer and green chilies to it and fry it on high flame, until cheese mix well with it.
5. Make curry paste with green coriander and serve it.
