Ingredients for Kutchi Garam Masala
1. 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
2. 1 Tbsp coriander seeds
3. 2 Tbsp red chilli powder
4. 2 Tbsp dry mango powder
5. 1 Tsp black pepper powder
6. 1 Tsp black salt
7. ¼ Tsp asafoetida
8. ½ Tsp citric acid
9. 3 Tsp oil
How to make Kutchi Garam Masala
1. In a pan dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds on a fast flame till strong aroma releases.
2. Transfer in a bowl; add black pepper powder, asafoetida, black salt, citric acid, mango powder, red chilli powder, and oil mix everything properly.
3. Grind the mixture by adding some more oil in a grinder.
Kutchi garam masala is ready.
