Ingredients of Loaded Vegetarian Nachos
2 packet of Nacho Chips
1 Cup Corn Salsa
1/4 Cup Roasted Tomato Chutney
2 tbsp Mint and Coriander Chutney
1/2 Cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp Sour Cream
1 big green chili sliced (try to use bhavnagri chili or jalapeno pepper)
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
How to Make Loaded Vegetarian Nachos
Prepare the Corn Salsa.
Make the roasted tomato chutney and green chutney. Keep in the fridge till required.
You can use the readymade sour cream or greek yogurt for the recipe.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
Next arrange the nacho chips in a baking tray. Try use the baking tray that can be used for serving as well.
Layer the corn salsa over the nacho chips. Sprinkle green chili.
Next add the roasted tomato chutney and green chutney over the layer of salsa.
Add spoonfuls of sour cream at equal distance over the salsa layer.
Spread the grated cheese over the nachos.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 - 10 minutes or till the cheese melts.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Serve Loaded Vegetarian Nachos for snacks.
