MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE

 Cook Time: 20 SECONDS

 MAKES 1 BIG GLASS


INGREDIENTS:-

 ¼ Cup Chilled And Roughly Chopped Mangoes

 ¼ Cup Chilled And Roughly Chopped Bananas

 2 Tbsp Oats

 2 Tbsp Chilled Fresh Curd (Dahi)

 Sugar (As Per Taste)

 ¼ Cup Almonds (Finely Chopped)

 Half Cup Ice-Cube


FOR THE GARNISH

3 Mango Cubes, Threaded On 1 Skewer.


HOW TO PROCEED:

1. Take A Pan, Add Oats & Finely Chopped Almonds In It. Roast It For 2 Minutes On Low Flame.

2. Take A Jar, Add Mango, Curd, Sugar As Per Taste, Banana, Roasted Oats, Finely Chopped Roasted Almond, Milk Of Full Fat And 8-9 Ice-Cubes And Blend In Juicer Till The Mixture Is Smooth And Frothy.

3. Pour Smoothie Into Glass.

4. Serve Immediately Garnished With Mango Cubes. Skewer on the Rim of Glass.
