Ingredients for Pani Puri Masala
1. 2 Tbsp Cumin seeds
2. 2 Tbsp Coriander seeds
3. ½ Tsp Citric Acid
4. ¼ Tsp asafoetida
5. 1 Tsp black salt
6. 1 Tsp salt
7. 2 Tbsp mango powder
8. 1 Tsp red chilli powder
9. ½ Tsp black pepper powder
How to prepare Pani Puri Masala
1. In a medium size pan, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and roast properly on a fast flame till dark brown in colour.
2. Put of the gas stir continuously, allow it to cool.
3. Transfer in a jar, add citric acid blend into a powder in a grinder. Transfer in a separate bowl.
4. Add asafoetida, black salt, salt, mango powder, red chilli powder and mix properly.
5. Lastly add black pepper powder. Masala is ready.
